I get lots of question from potential clients so I have put together the most popular questions that I am asked and the answers.
Q. How do we book a photoshoot?
A. Drop me an email using the contact page or you can call me on 07725076876, let me know what type of shoot you are looking for and roughly what date and I will see what I have available.
Q. What is a booking fee.
A. A Booking fee is basically your shoot fee, this fee covers my time for your shoot, post production of your images, your in person viewing, all meetings, phone calls, emails required to complete your photography experience.
Q. How can we pay our booking fee?
A. You can pay by bank transfer, card or cash.
Q. Where will our shoot take place?
A. I will suggest local beauty spots to you, I particularly love Monikie and Monifieth/Broughty Ferry beach but if there is some place that means a lot to you then please suggest this and I can guide you as to whether this is suitable or not.
Q. Can we have the shoot in our own home?
A. Yes this is an option but depends on space, light etc. If this is something you are interested in doing then please contact me to discuss.
Q. How long will our shoot take?
A. On average a family shoot with 2 adults and 2 children takes approximately 1 hour, although I have had shoots last 2-3 hours, all depends on location, time of year and how many children you have. On average I would recommend you allow at least 50-90 minutes.
Q. What happens after our shoot?
A. After your shoot I will personally cull your images, selecting the best from your shoot. All images will be colour corrected and enhanced so that you all look your very best. I will then arrange a time for you to come to my studio in Monifeith to view your images, here you will also have the opportunity to purchase wall art products.
Q. Can we purchase products from yourself?
A. Yes of course, I supply Folio Boxes containing beautiful ready to frame mounted prints, framed products, Acrylics and more. I would be happy to discuss your requirements.
Q. Can we have our digital files?
A. Digital files are available with each product that you purchase either as a download or on USB depending on the products that you choose.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes of course, I carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance, certificates can be shown upon request.
