Hi my name is Jacqueline, I live in Monifieth with my fiancée Alan and our two beautiful girls. I am an outgoing and friendly individual who lives for family, friends and photography of course!
When I was a young girl, my Grandfather was a keen amateur photographer, I remember watching him taking photographs and seeing how passionate he was about it, he used to drive my Grandmother insane when he would disappear into town for the ‘messages’ only to return with yet another Jessops bag, he would then sit himself down in his favourite chair and spend hours playing with his camera, cleaning it and setting it all up and then photographing his precious Grandchildren. For this I am very thankful as there are hundreds of pictures of myself, my sister and our cousins as young children.
My Grandfather bought me my first camera, I remember the excitement of taking the photos and then popping to the local store to hand the spool in, then the painful days on end wait of having them developed. My passion grew from this, I went on to be known by all my friends as ‘the one with the camera, ‘snappy Jackie’.
In 2011 after having my second child I bit the bullet and forked out for my first DSLR camera, a Nikon D3100, I enrolled myself in a couple of local classes and spent hours photographing everyone and anything possible. Since then I have attended a few different workshops I will never stop learning and trying to better myself although I don’t think anyone could ever know all there is to know as far as photography is concerned. I am now lucky enough to shoot with a Full Frame Nikon and various lenses.
I specialise in family & child photography but also more recently I have introduced Wedding Photography to my services. I currently serve Dundee, Angus, Perth and surrounding areas but am willing to travel so please get in touch with your requirements.
I love to work with children and families and of course family pets are welcome too.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you create your everlasting memories.
